Shipping to Canada is now available!
Where do you ship from?
- From the United Kingdom!
How long does shipping take?
- It usually takes me 2-3days to pack and ship everything out!
- Domestic shipping usually takes 2-3 days.
- All international postage will take approximately 2-3 weeks to arrive.
Are my packages tracked?
- I primarily ship through Royal Mail!
- The lowest shipping option is untracked.
- However I do offer upgraded tracked shipping at checkout! (where applicable)
Are there taxes?
- Postage to the USA has been updated in accordance to tariffs and handling fees. All taxes and duties are now included at checkout and are sent PDDP (Postal Delivery Duties Paid) . You won’t have to pay anything extra when your order is delivered!
- However Buyers are responsible for any additional customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Refunds or cancellations?
- Cancellations are not accepted.
- However, if your package has not arrived or if there's a defect, please reach out to me!
- In the case your package gets returned to me, I will only refund for the item cost not shipping. I will gladly mail it out again if requested, but please understand you will bear the shipping costs for it.
